30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@veilloire.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send us a photo at info@veilloire.com — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. No need to ship the damaged item back.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Veilloire piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against tarnishing and manufacturing defects. If your piece tarnishes, discolors, or breaks under normal wear — at any point, not just within 30 days — contact us with a photo and your order number, and we'll send you a replacement. The warranty covers normal everyday wear; it does not cover loss, theft, or physical damage caused by accident or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Standard return condition requirements apply.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
