Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time: 1–3 business days. Every piece is carefully inspected and verified before dispatch.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days depending on your location. Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. You can track your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Veilloire is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us at info@veilloire.com as soon as possible — we can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, high order volume, carrier delays, or customs processing. Veilloire is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Most US orders do not require additional customs or duties. In rare cases where import charges apply, they are determined by customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
