What does Veilloire sell?

What are your pieces made of?
Our core collection is crafted from 925 sterling silver, known for its quality and lasting shine. Select entry pieces are made with premium plated finishes. The exact material is always listed on each product page, so you know precisely what you're getting.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our 925 sterling silver is designed to resist tarnishing with normal everyday wear. Like all fine jewelry, it stays its best with simple care (see below). And every Veilloire piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against tarnishing and manufacturing defects — if it ever discolors under normal wear, we'll replace it.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep it dry when you can, and store it in a pouch or box away from air and moisture. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to restore shine. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals, and remove pieces before swimming or showering to keep them looking their best for years.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
925 sterling silver is generally well-tolerated and a good choice for sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, we recommend reviewing the material details on the product page before ordering.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every Veilloire piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against tarnishing and manufacturing defects. If your piece tarnishes, discolors, or breaks under normal wear, contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your payment is processed securely through encrypted checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order is being processed and cannot be modified. Once received, it can be returned for a refund according to our Refund Policy.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday, within 1–3 business days from the order date. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons. We do not ship on weekends.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Some orders may take up to 15 business days depending on location. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
Most US orders arrive without additional fees. In rare cases where customs charges apply, they are determined by local customs offices and are the customer's responsibility. Veilloire is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days after shipping, please contact us at info@veilloire.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
What is your return policy?

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at info@veilloire.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue — no need to ship it back, and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.
