Will my dog actually use it?

How do I clean PureFlow™?
Lift off the top tray, remove the filter and pump, and wash the stainless steel reservoir and drinking tray with warm, soapy water. The stainless steel parts are dishwasher-friendly, while the pump, filter, and electrical components should be cleaned separately by hand.
How often should I replace the filter?
Replace the filter approximately every 3-4 weeks, depending on your pet’s use, water quality, and the amount of hair or debris collected. Check it regularly and replace it sooner if the flow slows or the filter looks heavily soiled.
How does the filtration system work?
PureFlow™ combines continuous circulation, an activated-carbon filter, and a pre-filter sponge. Together, they help capture everyday hair, food particles, dust, and visible debris before the water returns to the drinking surface.
Is the pump noisy?
PureFlow™ is designed with a quiet pump for comfortable indoor use. Keep the reservoir properly filled and clean the pump regularly, as low water levels or trapped debris can make any fountain louder.
Does it need frequent refilling?
PureFlow™ is available in two capacities:
- 3.2L / 0.85 gal for small and medium dogs
- 7L / 1.85 gal for large dogs, heavy drinkers, or multi-pet homes
The larger reservoir helps reduce repeated bowl checks and frequent refilling.
